I cover all areas of Melbourne and all country areas of Victoria and am happy to discuss with you any particular requirements you might have to make your day a really special and memorable occasion.
During this meeting the legal documentation that may be required for your ceremony will be explained.
For marriages a Birth Certificate or an Extract of Entry needs to be sighted and also if either party has been married before a copy of the decree absolute has to be sighted. If you are from overseas a current passport showing your place and date of birth.
The Notice of Intention to Marry has to be completed at least one month and one day prior to the intended date of the marriage but no more than eighteen months beforehand.
